USV Jet Thruster Kit – JetX-100V3
Description
USV Jet Thruster Kit – JetX-100V3 is ready to install to any watercraft up to 4m of length. Engine with 8kW, 15kW and 25kW can be chosen when creating an order. Motor electronics (IMC350) can be throttle controlled via any controller that outputs PPM, ADC, NRF,UART,PAS signal. For easiest connection and throttle control, waterproof remote controll VX3 can be used.
Base plate attachment to the boat hull/stern is performed using 28 M5 bolts, with marine-grade silicone applied to the base plate surface for sealing.
Please note that the electric motor and motor electronics are not waterproof. For this reason, we strongly recommend designing the boat hull to provide adequate protection from water splashing over the jet kit from above.
The main pump housing features a silicone seal at the nozzle end. The bottom section includes a groove where marine-grade silicone should be applied before securing it with 8 M5 bolts.
The kit will arrive preconfigured with limits set according to the motor selected at the time of purchase.
Software settings can be adjusted to fit your specific needs. Parameters such as throttle curve, maximum power, battery limits, maximum RPM, and more can be customized using the VESC Tool. A programming cable is included with the kit.
We recommend to flow the pump chanells with a fresh water after the use in salt water.
