Jet Thruster JetX-100V3 – Surfboard Propulsion
Updated design created with carbon fibers and crystal core technology improves overall material stability and also combines material wear resistance and part rigidity. With this manufacturing technic a very strong water tight parts are produced with half the density of aluminum.
The Jet Thruster JetX-100V3 Surfboard Propulsion includes new impeller design that highly improves thrust output and efficiency. With efficiency of 79,74 % it really represents the state of art for jet pump. It can produce 8,5 kg (83 Newtons) of static thrust per 1 kW of power (tested with 110kv outrunner brushless motor). With this efficiency rate, 525 L of water is pumped every minute if using only 1 kW of power.
Cooling system consists Right side brass pipe (looking at the direction of water flow) supplies cold water for motor cooling. Left side brass pipe is used for hot water disposal that leaves the hot engine and moto electronics. The left pipe doesn’t provide cold water. With this innovative cooling technique there is no need for additional external tube in the nozzle. Cooling circle has outlet directly in suction system which prevents pressure loss and helps with better water cooling circluation
