Large scale 3D print
Our ability is to print life size objects in single print. With build volume of 1m x 1m x 1m we can produce big functional parts that are essential to be made in one piece, like samples before injection molding, molds for fiberglass or carbon fiber parts etc…
The qualitiy of large scale 3D printed part depends of two main factors: nozzle diameter and layer ressolution. Usually when we print large objects we use larger nozzle and higher layers since we usually don’t need super high details on large prints. But if there is need to maintain some specific details we use finer nozzles. If needed we can fine smoothen the product with our special smothening procedure that will result smoother surface than printing with settings in first example.
Large scale 3D print can take lot of time until it is finished. Layer resolution also reflects a print time. Example: if we print an object with 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height in 80 hours, we can print the same object with 0.8mm nozzle and 0.4mm layer height in just 30 hours. As the result we have cost effective product with small detail loss.
If needed we can fine smoothen the product with our special smothening procedure that will result smoother surface than printing with settings in first example. This methode will also increase water tightness of a product.
